The Be a Dog Walker Starter System is a digital product. It contains three PDF files: the Dog Walking Business Planner, Your First 30 Days Guide and Toolkit, and the bonus Dog Walking Photos and Social Media Starter Kit. There is no physical delivery or subscription.
Digital delivery
After a successful purchase, download links are provided on the order confirmation page and in the purchase email. You can save the PDFs to your device and work through them at your own pace. If an email or link does not arrive or the files do not open, contact info@beadogwalker.com with your order number so we can help.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase before delivery of the digital files begins. If you expressly request immediate access to the PDFs during that period and acknowledge at checkout that you will lose your right to cancel once delivery begins, you will not be able to cancel for a change of mind after the download is made available. We will confirm that choice in your order email.
This does not affect your legal rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or cannot be accessed. For help or to request a cancellation or remedy, email info@beadogwalker.com with your order number. Any refund due will be returned to the original payment method.
